Angela Barker Avery holds a Michigan Broker’s License and is Catellus Group’s Real Estate Marketing and Development Coordinator. With Catellus Group since 2001, she is responsible for Michigan development transactions as well as market and feasibility analysis for existing and potential hospitality, industrial, and retail projects across the country. Further responsibilities include lead generation for leasing activity as well as interior rehabilitation and procurement.

Given her résumé in advertising, she is also responsible for all real estate marketing including print and online marketing campaigns, web development and branding for each property. Ms. Avery’s prior work history includes Marketing Director for the Georgia Newspaper Service handling large scale clients with a one-order-one-bill system for placing advertisements in all the major weekly and daily newspapers in Georgia. In addition, she was the Assistant Marketing Director for Carolina Fitness Equipment, a national fitness equipment chain where she was responsible for advertising, marketing and promotions and public relations.

Ms. Avery is earning her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation, the highest education level for a commercial real estate professional and is a Graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising.
