Dale M. Barker has been with Catellus Group for over twenty-two years and is the Building Superintendent for all the real estate assets Catellus Group acquires and maintains. Mr. Barker’s extensive experience in real estate, property management, leasing, contracting, engineering, construction, project management, capital improvements, consulting and supervision is invaluable. His vast knowledge is of great importance to Catellus in successfully implementing building changes while keeping tight control of the expenses.

Before coming to work for Catellus, Mr. Barker spent thirty-two years with General Motors Corporation at their Milford, Michigan Testing & Proving Grounds. There he supervised Buick, Olds and Cadillac engineers, auto mechanics, test drivers, inspectors, truckers, as well as handled U.A.W. grievances, shipping & receiving, stock room operations, building maintenance and safety supervision, eventually becoming General Supervisor of Engineering. His experience at GM laid the groundwork for his skills in his second career at Catellus Group.
