Judy Terrell has a total of thirty-five years of real estate and property management experience. Her career began working for a third party commercial property management company in Charlotte, NC where she worked for fifteen years. She then formed Terrell Secretarial Service, spending the next two years leasing and managing 28 key-man offices while she and her staff furnished administrative services to those tenants.
She and Stephen D. Barker, CEO of Catellus Group, joined forces to open a second location in Charlotte and formed a company called A Charlotte Office, Inc. to successfully lease, manage and furnish administrative services to an additional 38 offices. As technology evolved and the need for key-man offices diminished, those locations were closed and Judy came to work for Catellus Group as a full time Property Manager.
Mrs. Terrell holds a North Carolina Brokerís License and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in every aspect of investment real estate and management.
