Lisa Barnette, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer for Catellus Group.  As CFO, she oversees the daily financial operations including but not limited to, monthly financial reporting and analysis for numerous entities, coordination of commercial loan financing and refinancing, tax return preparation and review, and preparation of annual budgets and cash flow projections.

Prior to joining the Catellus Group team, Ms. Barnette was the CFO of BV Belk Properties in Charlotte, NC, where she was responsible for $150 million in assets and over sixty entities, as well as overseeing the human resources department.  Her depth of work experience includes Senior Accountant at EquiFirst, Controller for TechTrain, and perhaps the most notable experience was her tenure as Controller for the Charlotte Hornets. 

In addition, she has several years of expertise as Controller for Shinn Enterprises in the Corporate Aircraft and AAA Minor League Baseball Operations.  While there, she was responsible for preparing management reports including budgeting and financial statements as well as complete analysis of corporate aircraft and baseball operations variances.
